Shipping and Returns

Psycho Vape offers a variety of shipping options to our customers.  We will ship all orders placed before 12:00 PM EST within one business day. You may need to wait up to two business days for your order to be processed and shipped.  In the event that an item is not available or in stock, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

Some provinces in Canada do not allow us to ship due to local regulations. There is an expedited shipping option available through Canada Post.  All shipments will be charged a flat rate of $9.99.  Free shipping is available on orders over $99.00 (before taxes).

Our Express parcel option is available for an additional fee if you need your package in a hurry. 

Proof of Age Required

On every single package, we use Canada Post's Proof of Age (Age of Majority) option. We could also use another carrier that requires proof of age, depending on the area.


All shipments will require a signature upon delivery due to this option. In the event that you are not home when delivery attempts are made, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show proof of age in order to receive the package.


Any packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund. We will ask for proof of age on all packages!  


Please do not place an order if you are not of age in your province of residence.


Order Processing

In-stock orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding Canadian holidays).


It is important to note that if you received your tracking number on a weekend or major holiday, your order has been processed for shipment, but it will not be picked up by Canada Post until the next business day.


If any questions or concerns arise regarding your order, we reserve the right to extend the processing time. When absolutely necessary, we will contact you via phone or email. During checkout, please provide us with your current contact information.

In-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM EST typically ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Carrier Restrictions

Canada Post does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or major Canadian holidays.

Tracking

When we print your shipping label during order processing, tracking numbers are automatically generated.  A tracking number is then emailed to the email address you provided during checkout.

Tracking numbers may take up to one business day to appear.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase.


In order to qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. In addition, it must be in its original packaging.


Returns of E-Liquids and disposables are not permitted and are FINAL SALE

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Returned packages that cannot be determined as Proof of Age will not be refunded.

Any package that was returned to us due to other reasons that we are not at fault for ( i.e customer entered wrong address, name, unclaimed package ect.) Will receive a refund excluding the 9.99 shipping fee, the 9.99 return shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee. If you have received free shipping on your order the 9.99 will be deducted from the total of the original purchase price.  

Wrong or Missing Order Item(s)

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package if we made an error fulfilling your order. The fastest way to inform us of an error is to send an email to info@psychovape.ca. Any fulfillment errors will be corrected as soon as possible, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Items received in error must be returned to us. You will receive a free return label via mail to send back the product(s). In the event that we do not receive the item(s) within 30 days, we reserve the right to charge the original payment method for the full amount of the purchase.

Product Exchanges

Items that are DOA (Dead on Arrival) or still under warranty are eligible for exchange only. The item will be exchanged with the exact same item, in the exact same colour (if available). There may be exceptions if the item is no longer in stock.

Warranty exchanges are not eligible for store credit or refunds.

Refunds & Store Credit

Your original credit card is the only method of payment that can be refunded.


Refunds cannot be issued via Interac E-Transfer, Cash, Debit Card, or Check. Store credit will be issued if you paid with Interac E-Transfer, Debit Card, Cash or Cheque.


Upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, we issue refunds within 7 business days. Your refund will be confirmed by email.


It may take up to one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card-issuing bank.


After receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, we issue store credit in the form of a coupon (coupon code will be provided).

On the checkout page, you can enter the coupon code.

We may deduct original shipping fees from a refund unless the return is the result of our error. Shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable.

Without proof of purchase, we cannot process returns or refunds.

Cancellations

In spite of our best efforts, orders cannot be canceled once the status has been updated as "fulfilled". In placing an order with us, you acknowledge that the items ordered, and the delivery information are accurate.

Non-returnable & Final Sale Items

It is not possible to return, refund, or exchange clearance, final sale, or "as is" marked items.

 
The following items cannot be returned: atomizer tanks, rebuildable atomizers (unless DOA), mechanical mods, battery cells, replacement parts, disposables, accessories, and liquids.


Accidents and user errors, such as overtightening atomizers, stripping threads, breaking glass, physical damage, dropping products, water damage, exposure to extreme temperatures, not following manufacturer-provided instructions, or misusing electronic or mechanical products, are not covered by our 30-day warranty.

Normal product wear and tear, such as cosmetic blemishes or natural patina, is not eligible for return.

Return Address

We would appreciate it if you returned your product(s) within 30 days. Please email us for approval if you wish to return the product.

Prevent damage to merchandise during transit by packing it safely. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. In the event of a loss or damage during transit, Psycho Vape is not responsible.
