The 30-day warranty begins on the day the items are delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to ship the items back to Psycho Vape, and Psycho Vape will ship the items back to the customer free of charge.
What is not covered by our warranty?
- The warranty does not cover e-liquids, disposables, atomizers, tanks, rebuildable products, batteries (unless they are DOA), chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils, or any other accessories that come with the device.
- Unauthorized repair or improper use caused failure/damage
- As a result of excessive force, such as dropping or abuse, failure/damage occurs
- Usage outside recommended operating instructions results in failure/damage. (See usage manual for operating instructions)
- Improper use causes damage or failure. Water damage, juice spills, and fire damage are all included in this category.
- Warranty coverage does not apply to leaking tanks.
- Components missing cause loss or damage.
- Damaged threads, crooked 510 connection due to overtightening.
- Damage to the finish (cosmetic issues), or scratches from a brushed finish.
- Buttons that rattle or stick.
- Any modification to a product automatically voids the warranty.
- Defects caused by normal wear and tear or normal aging.
- Items that are outside of our warranty period.
What is covered by our Warranty?
- Problems with LED screens
- Issues with the charging port
- Issues with the batteries (turning off when firing, etc.)
- Auto-firing unit
- A malfunctioning chip
It is normal for some products to have minor flaws during manufacturing. An item can only be returned or exchanged if it is defective (malfunctioning).
